Huge entrance pillars with automated gates leads you passed the impressive lake to the exceptionally romantic Medieval house of elegance and importance.
Imagine sitting by the roaring carved stone fireplaces in the great hall and library with a port in hand to relax and unwind reflecting on the day gone by. The flagstone floors and other snug rooms with Inglenook fireplaces, bread ovens, cobbled well room offer the cosy family atmosphere, with a glass of mulled wine you couldn’t be in more relaxing surroundings. The seven huge bedrooms most with bathrooms have solid oak planked floors and offer a sumptuous night sleep for however many evenings you wish. Our great hall is licensed for civil ceremony/partnership weddings and other rooms are licensed also for your choice, including the historic courtyard, on a self-catering or catered basis. It really is a magical place for a dream wedding or very special family occassion.
